Healthy sexual relationships were part of human life from the very beginning, going back to the time of Adam and Eve after the Garden of Eden. Yet today many people struggle with sexual unrest, loneliness, and artificial substitutes such as pornography.

Why is this happening? And more importantly, how can someone break free?

This article explores why freedom from pornography matters and the steps that can help someone regain control.

Why Break Free From Porn?

There are many important reasons to break free from pornography.

1. To Be Obedient to Our Creator

For many people of faith, this is the most important reason. Immorality can interfere with a person's spiritual life and relationship with God.

2. To Honor Our Marriage or Relationship

Pornography can damage trust, intimacy, and emotional connection within a relationship. Choosing self-control shows respect and love for one’s partner.

3. For Better Mental Health

Porn addiction can lead to guilt, anxiety, unrealistic expectations, and emotional struggles. Breaking free can bring peace of mind and clarity.

4. To Live a More Productive Life

Time spent watching pornography can slowly steal hours that could be used for personal growth, hobbies, relationships, and meaningful goals.

Steps to Take

Breaking free from porn addiction is not easy, but it is possible.

It's purely an indulgence in lust and degradation of one's spirit!  How was Israel lured in to something so obviously wrong?  Well have you noticed the girls on Facebook wearing hardly nothing and looking so cute n very pretty and sweet, and shaking their body like there is no tomorrow? Well the my same thing happened outside of a Baal worship temple to lure Israelite males into the temple, to sin against God!

         How can we do this? It's simple, just do it? Resist immoral sites, ideas and practices. If one needs a woman to get a wife, if one has a woman that is not there wife, what are you waiting for, make her your wife? Give glory to God and make the devil the lie, that he is, and resist the spirit of Jesebel!?

"Long story short version, I didn't get the money, I lost the money I was gambling with, had a plan to pay so much every to catch up my rent until I got my monthly check, door dash on my bike, but some one threw a munkyrench into those plans!"  I didn't have any way to prove it but my last food delivery ended rather abruptly when my right pedal got broken off, and when it first happened and I looked at it, it looked very much like someone had worked on it with a hacksaw, but the damage was done. Eventually I ended up in a shelter."

Susie: Wow! You really believe someone was so concerned about sabotaging you they would risk you getting hurt, by hacksawing your bike pedal to keep you from being able to keep your apartment??

George: "Not really sure about what was going on at this time, too many crazy things was happening at this time in my life, that no one around you could really be trusted, not even you socalled close friends."  "In the back of my mind, I felt that the devil had corrupted the majority of the world with the love of money, and he was determined to get me too."

Susie: "Really, Papa, is having money, such a bad thing, don't you think that was the reason why your took a chance with your rent money because if it would have worked, you would have been on top of the world again and with a more stable situation!?"

George: "True! However, I should have read the tnc and the fine print, in which case I would have realized that it was a trick to keep me engaged, not because they really want me to make money, but if I jump through every hoop, I would still be getting paid, but they would be making 10 times as much: I had the money in my pocket to complete the deal, but the money I had was not mine, and it was for another purpose, so I had to eat that loss, and chock it up for a future reference of not getting into anything with out reading it carefully!"

George: "Remember that Susie, being patient about financial is a must in this time we a living, and never take chances.  "Skipping a little further, I had issues with someone at the shelter, and the people in charge seemed to be powerless to control the situation, so I had to leave the situation to avoid being in surgery for nine hours before the doctor could get my leg back out of some. It probably would not have been too bad. Being side by side o an operating table for nine hours, we would have had time to kiss and make up, but he would have been walking funny for the rest of his life afterwards, what a waste!?"

Susie: "Wow! You are so crazy Papa!"

George: "Indeed, crazy is my middle name."

George: "The very same." "Moving on further, was invited to stay with a friend I met at the mission that had left for other reasons, he became like a son to me but he had a drug habit that was difficult to put up with, and when he got really high one night telling me he was the devil, I played it off by saying " I thought you looked familiar!" As if I had ever met him face to face before, lol!"  " Eventually my case worker recommended me to relocate and that is how I ended up at the mission, the Star City Rescue Mission.,". This was the experience of a life time, not to be repeated though.  For the life of me, I don't understand how someone can choose to stay there for years!"

George: "Yes! "Moving on. The rescue mission was structured, and professional. The food was edible! The director the hardest working man in the building. David Copperfield when he needed to get out of the building to go home ". "The supervisor, now he was some piece of work!" "To keep it short and simple, he was Darth Vader in a past life! Lol 🤣 😆. I was told he could be a friend sticking closer than a brother!  He keeps it carefully concealed behind the masce, so to speak!". "In short, My over all experience there has the best of times and the worst of times. Plus I finally got housing again, and started rebuilding my life, all alone again."

Susie: "I guess being in the mission with all those men, helps you to appreciate being alone in your new apartment, and missing you sweet wife, you still love her and it's very obvious in my programming. Not to mention how much you hated that sissy night shirt you had to sleep in every night!

George: "Very observant of you my child. How ever the worst is yet to come at that time, that pressing business with the under world!"

Susie: "Yes!" " It gives me goosebumps!"

                 How is Jehovah the God of justice?

      How is Jehovah, the most high God of all the earth, the supreme God of justice? It should be self-evident to all mankind, but why does it elude the minds of most of mankind?   Notice 2:corinth. 4:3,4  3 If, in fact, the good news we declare is veiled, it is veiled among those who are perishing, 4 among whom the god of this system of things has blinded the minds of the unbelievers,  so that the illumination* of the glorious good news about the Christ, who is the image of God,  might not shine through.  Yes, the god of this system has continued to oppose the true God to his own destruction, and to all who continue to follow him and imitate him instead of the true God of justice.

              How can we imitate the God of Justice?

           It's really a no-brainer, for his son Jesus Christ set the pattern.  On the night that he was arrested and led before God's enemies to be put to death in our behalf, Peter drew his sword in defense of Jesus and cut off the ear of one man who was with those coming to capture him.  Notice what Jesus said: Then Jesus said to him, “Return your sword to its place, 

 For all those who take up the sword will perish by the sword. 53 Or do you think that I cannot appeal to my Father to supply me at this moment more than 12 legions of angels?  Yes, we wait on the God of Justice!

Be a champion of justice, instead of taking justice into our own hands! why?

          It's very easy to fly off the handle, so to speak. When someone does something to us that we don't appreciate, but we suffer an injustice as a result, it is a beauty on our part to overlook the transgressions of others. We do appreciate how God does the same things to us. ....Wicked slave, I canceled all that debt for you when you pleaded with me. 33

           Why is this true?  Can't money and riches solve all of our problems?  Why is the day of Jehovah's great anger going to be so fierce that we cannot buy our way through it? Notice Zephaniah 1:15-18; That day is a day of fury,

A day of darkness and gloom,

A day of clouds and thick gloom,

16 A day of the horn and of the battle cry,

Against the fortified cities and against the high corner towers.

17 I will cause distress to mankind,

And they will walk like blind men,

Because it is against Jehovah, they have sinned.

Their blood will be poured out like dust,

               God's original Purpose, what was it?

            God's original purpose was for the earth to be filled with a world society of righteous people forever in true peace and harmony, and with no death.  What happened?  Why are things the way that they are now?  Will we ever see any relief from the troubles of such an imperfect world? Yes!  Even in the Garden of Eden, he made plans to undo the future effects of that rebellion! And I will put enmity*

+ between you+ and the woman+ and between your offspring*+ and her offspring.*+ He will crush* your head,+ and you will strike*

 him in the heel (Gen. 3:15; 1-13)

         What happened to it, and will it ever be realized?

            Nothing has happened to it.  Through God's powerful Holy Spirit, His Word, and the prophetic drama that has been unfolding for centuries, His purpose has been realized.  The way of holiness is in our midst, and all honest-hearted ones can find it.  No one wicked will stumble onto it.  And a highway will be there,+

Yes, a way called the Way of Holiness.

The unclean one will not travel on it.+

It is reserved for the one walking on the way;

No one foolish will stray onto it.

 9 No lion will be there,

And no vicious wild beasts will come on it.

They will not be found there;+

Only the repurchased ones will walk there.+(Isaiah 35: 8,9)

Who will benefit from Jesus' sacrifice and gain everlasting life? 

           All those who find that highway, called the way of holiness, and persist on it, for the devil, will do all he can to keep one from finding it.  The ones that do will be put under great tribulation, to stay on it.  However, they must keep persevering, and keep sounding the warnings to help all those, rightly disposed for everlasting life to find it.  When those of the nations heard this, they began to rejoice and to glorify the word of Jehovah, and all those who were rightly disposed for everlasting life became believers.(Acts 13:48; 44-47)

         Why should we be aware of the love of money?

       Why should we be aware of the love of money?  It is because no one is immune to it; we all can be affected by it in some way.  Either we are consumed by it ourselves, or are direct victims of those who are consumed by it.  But those who are determined to be rich fall into temptation and a snare+ and many senseless and harmful desires that plunge men into destruction and ruin.+ 10 For the love of money is a root of all sorts of injurious things,+ and by reaching out for this love some have been led astray from the faith and have stabbed themselves all over with many pains.+(1 Tim 6:9,10)

The dangers of the love of money, to us and the ones we think we can trust.  

          We should not underestimate its effects on ourselves and the ones we think we can trust.  Meaning that, although we all know that it is bad, if push comes to shove, if one does not guard one's heart, even though we all know it is bad, Satan will get us to give in to it, because it is a great deal of money.  

Again, I turned my attention to all the acts of oppression that go on under the sun. I saw the tears of the oppressed, and there was no one to comfort them.+ And their oppressors had the power, and there was no one to comfort them. 2 And I congratulated the dead who had already died rather than the living who were still alive.+ 3 And better off than both of them is the one who has not yet been born,+ who has not seen the distressing deeds that are done under the sun.+(Ecc. 4: 1-3)

                         How can we remain vigilant?

           We remain vigilant by resisting this snare of the Devil, by not returning evil for evil to anyone.  Also, by remembering the bible principles that help us to be prosperous.  Be content with the basics: food, clothing, and shelter.  Because you say, “I am rich and have acquired riches and do not need anything at all,” but you do not know that you are miserable and pitiful and poor and blind and naked,: (Rev. 3:17)

                           We are in danger, how?

             As time progresses towards the end of this world, world rulers, authorities, law enforcement, and all things that are supposed to be luminaries are simply going to, instead, add to the darkness of this dying world, ruled by Satan.  So, one may want to lean towards materialism to compensate for the constantly changing times.  However, just have faith!    

And I saw an angel coming down out of heaven with the key of the abyss+ and a great chain in his hand. 2 He seized the dragon,+ the original serpent,+ who is the Devil+ and Satan,+ and bound him for 1,000 years. 3 And he hurled him into the abyss+ and shut it and sealed it over him, so that he would not mislead the nations anymore until the 1,000 years were ended. George:  "Fine, well and good, but hurry, you might can catch up with them before it too late!"  "You might have to build another starship first, I believe, he took all the ones he had with him!?"

The Acting supreme leader snarled at him as they descended back into the time gravity well as they retreated from them.

Susie: "Papa, you are so crazy talking to those made-men that way!"

As the marriage party broke up, Susie and Man-bot are eagerly contemplating their nuptial chamber, after they retire for the day! When they began, and shook off the nervousness and uncertainty, finally came the moment all were waiting for: "We have a zygote!"  Then the parenting program was also activated in Susie and her husband, then Susie opened her eyes and said:
