I thought business was a 4-letter word.

I even wrote it like this in my notes: B-Z-N-Z. That's how mad I was.

I'm 65. I remember business as a handshake on Main Street. You knew the man, you knew the store. If he did you wrong, you knew where to find him.

Now? I tried dating online - ended up in a park trap. I tried Claim wise - ended up selling my phone number. I saw a number on TV for that 25k thing, dialed wrong - MY fault, my old eyes - and suddenly I'm getting calls about solar panels.

I said, this whole internet business is BS. And for a while, I meant it.

But here's what I learned. And it's my fault I didn't see it sooner.

The internet wasn't supposed to replace brick and mortar. It was supposed to be an extension of it. But the criminal element figured out you don't need the brick. You just need to LOOK like a business for 3 seconds. That's the animal we got now.

So I filtered it. 90% is BS. 10% is real. I live in the 10% now.

Real is Loctite Blue 242 on my trike basket bolts.

Real is apples and nuts in the morning, salmon cakes when my stomach tells me it needs protein.

Real is a blue adult trike I'm saving for, so I can DoorDash on three wheels.

Real is a $70 Giro MIPS helmet, not a $600 airbag vest.

My fault, my fix, my trike, my street. That's my business now.

   - If yes to 2 and 3 = BS.

My Idea of True Love - True Love Never Fails (1 Cor 13:7,8)

What is my idea of true love?*

Many people today are confused. The world, porn, trafficking, all the industries connected to it, they tell us true love IS physical attraction. If the body looks good, that is love. But that is counterfeit love. It never satisfies. It always wants more. It rewires the world of relationships.

So what is my idea of true love?

> Whether physical, mental, or spiritual, it guarantees satisfaction.

*1. It transcends physical attraction.*

1 Samuel 16:7 says man looks at the outward appearance, but Jehovah looks at the heart. I have been disfellowshipped before. I know what it feels like to be judged by what you did, and to wonder if people can trust you again. But Jehovah does not see like man sees. Porn trains the brain to only see the body. True love, agape, sees the heart. It can transcend.

*2. Whether physical, mental, or spiritual - it guarantees satisfaction.*

Counterfeit love only satisfies one part - the flesh - and leaves the mind and spirit empty. That is why people stay trapped. True love satisfies all. When you talk together, think together, pray together, you are satisfied. Philippians 4:8. This is why I keep doing Break Free until I expire. Because true satisfaction is possible.

*3. It rains down like the spirit of Jah from heaven above.*

James 1:17 - every good gift and perfect present is from above. True love is not something we make. It rains down. When I make a post and pour out my soul like a drink offering (2 Tim 4:6, Phil 2:17), it is obvious His wisdom and spirit is with me. I don't write alone. It rains down from heaven above.

*4. It believes all things, hopes, endures, never fails.*

This is what we just studied in w24 August pp.14-19 Study Article 33 - How the Congregation Reflects Jehovah's View of Sinners.

In Corinth, a man committed serious sin. He was removed. 1 Cor 5:13. But he repented. And what did Paul say? Not just "let him back." He said "Kindly forgive and comfort him, and confirm your love for him." 2 Cor 2:7,8. Why? Because discipline had done its work. Heb 12:11. If they refused to forgive, he could be swallowed up by excessive sadness. 2 Cor 2:7.

That is true love. It believes repentance is real. It hopes the person will make it. It endures with them. And it never fails.

I have lived this. I was removed, I repented, I was reinstalled. I know what it feels like to need that forgiveness. And that is why Break Free exists - 186 posts now. My attempt to make amends for whatever damage I did. My drink offering back to Jehovah. Because He believed all things about me, hoped all things, endured all things.

My idea of true love is Jehovah's idea of true love.

And it never, ever fails.

Psalm 119 hit me hard that night. "Old things may not be good enough today."

I was the guy telling everybody, "Read four pages a day, you can read the Book in a year." But I wasn't doing it myself. I was giving out counsel I wasn't living.

Down in Baltimore I started for real. That's when that anvil fell. Rock pon my chest, him sittin' on the rock. Like Wile E. Coyote got me. Pressure you can't move.

I called that brother up in Martinsville on the phone. He said, "How you know he wouldn't hit you anyway, even if you'd left it alone?" That stuck.

So I doubled up. Four pages to eight to sixteen. Rock never lifted to this day, but I stayed clean. That pressure taught me how to lean on Jah.

*WHY JUST SKULL AND PALMS AND FEET?*

I wandered years over Jezebel's end. Revelation 2:20 says that spirit is being tolerated. Why just skull and palms and feet left of her? My friend, Jah opened my eyes — that's the whole man.

Mind = skull — what you think.

Hands = palms — what you do, what you work with.

Feet = where you stand, where you walk.

Think clean, work clean, walk clean with Jah. Don't walk away.

*BRIEF HISTORY - WHERE THIS SPIRIT COMES FROM*

This ain't new. This Jezebel spirit been tolerated a long time.

Briefly: In ancient times you see it on walls — Pompeii and old carvings. False worship and sexual images always went together. Sorcery and immorality linked, just like Revelation says.

Then the printing press came — it could print Bibles, but it also printed dirty pictures for the first time mass-produced.

Then photography — 1800s. Then magazines — 1953 Playboy made it mainstream in America, put it on the newsstand.

Then video in the 70s and 80s made it a billion-dollar business in every town.

Then the internet in the 90s put that same anvil on every phone, every house, every kid's room. Now it's OnlyFans and everything else — same old spirit, just faster delivery. No more skull, palms, and feet needed to produce it — just a click.

It never was just about pictures. It's always been false religion, sorcery, and breaking up families. When he can't break YOU, he breaks people AROUND you. Just like Job.

*WHERE I AM NOW*

Now I'm retired but not from the fight. One whole book a day in the morning light. Whole Bible as a whole, truly Jah Word. I love it and I need it, more than food. That's my breakfast. Daily text, Watchtower, whole book — that's my breakfast.

My favorite is Job. When Jah answers from the storm, He don't just answer — He asks the questions, in perfect form. He is the Detective, Champion of Justice. He saw the case from heaven. He never misses — not a skull, not a hand, not a feet.

Anvil still there, but Jah makes me complete. From four pages to a book a day.

I'm still in it — I'm in it to win it, with Jah all the way.
